1. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • After 24 hours, returns or exchanges may not be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

You can return or exchange:

  • Damaged or broken items

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective products

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics)

  • Sale/clearance items (unless damaged)

4. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must include invoice or order slip

  • Customer must share photo/video proof of the issue when reporting

5. Return Process

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for confirmation and pickup/delivery instructions

6. Refund or Replacement

  • You can choose a replacement or store credit

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–5 working days via mobile payment

7. Who Pays the Return Cost?

  • If the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged item): We cover the return cost

  • If the customer changes mind or provides wrong info: Return cost is paid by the customer
